1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FinEdgeAcademy's website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform. FinEdgeAcademy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, course materials, mock tests, and software, is the property of FinEdgeAcademy or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
• You may download or print course materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Unauthorized use of any trademark or logo displayed on the Platform is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Be solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments for courses, mock tests, and other services are processed through secure payment gateways. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST @18%).
• Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund window for all course purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact support within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
• No Refunds: After 7 days, no refunds will be issued. Partial refunds are not available for partially used subscriptions.
• GST Invoices: GST invoices can be downloaded from your dashboard after successful payment.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform.
• Using any automated system (bot, scraper) to access the Platform.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing course materials or mock tests to third parties.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FINEDGEACADEMY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.
• The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable.

NISM, NCFM, and other certification exams are trademarks of their respective owners. FinEdgeAcademy is an independent preparation provider and is not affiliated with NSE or SEBI.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinEdgeAcademy and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Termination

FinEdgeAcademy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
